Details: the power of the hydraulic drive device is a collection of motor, centrifugal pump, oil cylinder, compact structure of the drive control device, used as a block brake and disc brake device drivers, can also be used for industrial valves, swing gate, directional and rotation (< 90 °) device and clamping device driver control performance and structural features.
Ed series electric hydraulic actuator
● aluminum alloy housing fully sealed single push rod structure.
● the motor is of non-oil immersed structure with grade F insulation.
● motor junction box cover with sealing, using cable stuffing box into the line.
● a balanced air chamber is provided on one side of the cylinder shell of the Ed actuator, which can be installed and used within the range of 0-180°.
Additional device for Ed series actuator the Ed actuator can add additional device according to the user's requirements to achieve the following additional functions:
● upper and lower limit switch can be set at the same time.
● rising limit switch: can indicate whether the brake is open normally, whether the push rod is pushed to the specified position.
Drop limit switch: can indicate whether the brake is closed correctly, whether the push rod returns to the specified position.
● short stroke actuator can be added built-in brake spring (c-spring), reset spring (w-spring), buffer spring (d-spring).
● add heater. If the ambient temperature is lower than -20℃, add heater as needed.
