Product features:
1. Electric hoist is composed of reducer, drum device, operating mechanism, electrical control box, hook device, soft cable current introducer, limit device, control button device, lifting motor, coupling and other modular components;
2. Adopt the dust explosion-proof cone brake motor with high starting torque, which can adapt to frequent direct starting in intermittent work;
3. Adopt standard modulus bevel gear reducer;
4, the use of sealed gasket sealed dust tight shell, prevent visible dust particles from entering the electrical equipment, to meet the requirements of dust explosion protection;
5, can be used under the temperature of -45℃ ~ +60℃;
6. Voltage: 110V~450V; frequency: 50Hz~60Hz.
Scope of application:
This series of products are applicable to underground environment of coal mine (not applicable to working face), class II is applicable to explosive gas environment other than coal mine gas (not applicable to zone 0). Class III is applicable to explosive dust environments other than coal mines (not applicable to zone 20).
