CD1 electric hoist adopts a cone rotor motor with brakes. When the motor is not working, the cone brake (wind blade brake wheel) tightly holds the rear end cover of the motor and is in a braking state. When working, the conical rotor generates axial magnetic tension after the motor is connected with electricity. The magnetic relay overcomes the spring force and causes the fan brake wheel to drive the brake ring off the rear cover, and the motor runs normally. After the power failure, the axial magnetic tension disappears, and under the action of spring force, the fan brake wheel returns to the original state to realize the braking.
MD1 electric hoist except the lifting motor is replaced by a two-speed electric unit, other parts are the same as CD electric hoist. The electric set consists of a main lifting motor, a slow lifting motor and a slow driving device. Main work of the lifting motor, because of the slow hoisting motor in the braking state, don't jump slow drive does not work, after the hoisting motor end cover, slow work of the lifting motor, slow drive main hoisting tapered rotor rotates, at this point, the main hoisting motor does not work, fan function clutch brake wheel, the institution by slowly lifting the brake motor, the result is two kinds of hoisting speed.
Adjustment method of wind blade brake wheel of conical motor:
1. Check whether the brake ring in the wind blade brake wheel is too worn or broken.
2. Check whether the wind blade brake wheel and the aluminum alloy body slip loose and wear.
3. If the brake ring is worn, the motor under 5t can fold the lock nut and tighten it in two circles. After installing the lock nut, it is better to observe the axial movement of the motor between 2-5mm
