20 ton LB type explosion-proof electric single beam crane henan mine
Explosion-proof beam crane has three forms:
1. LXB explosion-proof electric single-beam suspension crane.
LB explosion-proof electric single-beam crane.
3. LHB explosion-proof electric hoist bridge crane. The working level is a3-a4, and the working environment temperature is -25℃~40℃.
This crane is applicable to explosive gas environment formed by combustible gas, steam and air in the factory with explosion-proof grade not higher than class B or class C and ignition temperature group not lower than T4 (135℃). The dangerous area used is zone 1 or zone 2, not zone 0.
Note:
Zone 0: a place where explosive gas mixtures occur continuously, frequently for a short time or for a long time under normal conditions.
Area 1: where explosive gas mixtures may occur under normal conditions.
Area 2: under normal conditions, explosive gas mixture cannot appear, only under abnormal conditions where equipment failure or operation may occur occasionally and for a short time.
