The product description
This type of crane is a portal crane developed by our company according to the use requirements and technological conditions of subway construction, combined with the general gantry crane. It is used for turning over mud and lifting pipe pieces in subway construction.
The crane is composed of gantry, trolley (equipped with lifting mechanism, trolley running mechanism and hydraulic reversing mechanism), trolley running mechanism, driver's cab and electrical equipment.
According to the different directions of the inverted soil, the strut structure can be divided into A type and U type.
The trolley running mechanism adopts the form of 8 wheels and 4 drives, and is equipped with a rail clipper for wind protection. When the crane works normally, the clamp of the rail clipper leaves the track. When the crane stops working, the operator puts the clamp down and clamps the track to prevent the crane from sliding.
The lifting mechanism adopts the hanging beam as the lifting tool, and the middle part of the hanging beam is provided with a freely rotating lifting hook, which is used for lifting pipe pieces and other materials.
The car is equipped with a hydraulic turnover mechanism, which is composed of a hydraulic workstation and a slag turnover hook. Due to the characteristics of short construction period and frequent change of construction site, our company added the function of changing span on the main beam to facilitate the change of span after the change of construction site.
At the same time, a turning dump cart is developed to adjust the dump direction according to the position of the slag outlet.
